Yes, every order includes a portable rechargeable battery designed to power the heating elements safely and efficiently.

5. How long does the heat last?

Depending on the heat setting:

Low: 6–8 hours
Medium: 4–5 hours
High: 2–3 hours

6. Is it safe?

Absolutely. Our heating system uses low-voltage technology with built-in overheating protection for safe, consistent warmth.

7. Can I wash the hoodie?

Yes — simply remove the battery first.
We recommend gentle cycle, cold water, and air dry to maintain the soft Sherpa fabric and protect the wiring.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

9. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! Every Snuggl™ product includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, heating malfunctions, and battery issues.

10. My hoodie arrived damaged/not working. What do I do?

Email us right away at snugglteam@snugglofficial.com with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement at no cost once your claim is approved.
