12-Month Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Every purchase from Snuggl™ is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

If your item has a manufacturing defect or stops working as intended, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.


What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • Heating elements not functioning properly

  • Battery or charging issues

  • Wiring malfunction

  • Stitching or zipper defects

  • Product arriving damaged or not working out of the box

If your product experiences any of the above issues within 12 months, we will send you a replacement.


What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

To protect both our customers and our store, this warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage (drops, cuts, burns, stains, etc.)

  • Damage caused by improper washing or care

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Loss or theft of the item

We reserve the right to deny claims that show signs of misuse or damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please contact our support team at:

Please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. The email used at checkout

  3. A brief description of the issue

  4. A photo or short video showing the defect (required)

Once approved, your replacement will be shipped to you at no cost.


Important Notes

  • Warranty replacements do not require you to return the defective item.

  • This warranty applies only to original purchasers and cannot be transferred.

  • Warranty covers defects only, not buyer’s remorse.

  • This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy.
